Scarlet: Melodifestival Metal Duo to Perform at Skövde Food Festival 2025

With just over half a year until the Matfestivalen (Food Festival) in Skövde on August 29-30, it’s been confirmed that Melodifestival finalists Scarlet will take the main stage on Saturday at 1:00 PM.

About Scarlet

Scarlet is a metal duo consisting of Scarlet Hunts and Thirsty, known for their unique visual style. They have performed at some of the world’s largest rock festivals, including:

• Sweden Rock Festival
• Gefle Metal Festival
• Knotfest

The duo has quickly established themselves as one of the most talked-about acts on the metal scene, achieving impressive international success and becoming popular among children.

Career Highlights

In 2020, Scarlet released their critically acclaimed debut album “Obey the Queen”. This was followed by a European tour where they were the opening act for rock group Smash Into Pieces. Their breakthrough came in 2024 with their participation in Melodifestivalen, performing the song “Circus X”.

After their Saturday performance at the Matfestivalen, there will be a special Meet and Greet session where all children can meet Scarlet Hunt and Thirsty.
