The family-owned business Tiraholms Fisk, located by Lake Bolmen in Halland, has been awarded the prestigious Large Tourism Prize for 2024! Over two generations, Tiraholms Fisk has transformed from a single professional fisherman to Hylte’s largest visitor destination, attracting over 50,000 visitors annually.

The Large Tourism Prize is awarded by the Foundation for Knowledge Promotion in Tourism to a company or organization that has contributed to tourism development in an innovative and forward-thinking manner. Previous winners have included Vasaloppet, Artipelag, and Pater Noster.
