Destination Falkenberg is taking an exciting initiative to promote new local business ideas while creating life and movement at one of their most popular locations – Skrea Beach.
The Sommartorpet Opportunity
Located at Klittervägen 19, Sommartorpet is owned by the Falkenberg Municipality and operated by Destination Falkenberg. In recent years, the location has served as a tourist information center with various actors utilizing the garden to create a vibrant space.
Unique Summer Business Opportunity
During summer 2025, an extraordinary opportunity will be offered for entrepreneurs wanting to test a new business idea at Sommartorpet. The initiative aims to create a new addition to the area while testing entrepreneurial ideas within the destination company’s thematic areas: food, nature, and culture.
What’s Included:

Requirements
The selected actor must:
- Create an attractive and well-maintained business
- Be open at least five days per week
- Operate five hours per day during weeks 26-32
