Paralympic Athlete Ebba Einarsson Shares Her Top Falkenberg Tips
As the Paralympic Games in Paris approach, Falkenberg native Ebba Einarsson is set to make her Olympic debut on August 28th. Earlier this summer, she learned she would be representing Sweden in para-rowing. We’re rooting for Ebba in the competition!
As a true Falkenberg local, we asked Ebba to list her top 5 favorite spots in the city – places where she feels at home, can relax, and gain strength for her athletic pursuits.
Ebba’s Favorites:
- Laxpromenaden (The Salmon Walk): “Nothing captures the essence of Falkenberg like taking a walk with my dog along the Ätran river. Hearing Vallarna in the background and seeing people being active.”
- Skomakarhamnen: “The coziest spot for a family picnic. Close to the water and surrounded by nature.”
- Ringsegårds Beach: “The easiest way to get down to the beach! Drive your car right up and you’re there. Perfect for a sunny day on the beach or watching the sunset from the trunk.”
- Falkenberg Rowing Club: “Like a second home, there’s no better place for me than the club in Falkenberg. The community, environment, and people there are hard to find elsewhere.”
- Baraye Coffee: “The best coffee in town in the nicest environment at the museum. Mitra is fantastic, and it’s the best place for a change of scenery when studying or working.”
We wish Ebba the best of luck in the Paralympics!
