Finalists Announced for Visit Skåne’s Prestigious Event and Tourism Awards
Today, Skåne’s regional destination company, Visit Skåne, has unveiled the finalists for their major tourism and event awards, Hylla Skåne. This initiative was created to honor the passionate individuals who work to make Skåne flourish with experiences and events.
Public Voting and Award Categories
The public will vote for winners in three main categories:
- Event Skåne of the Year
- Experience of the Year
- Volunteer of the Year
A fourth category, the “Together of the Year” honor, will be selected directly by Visit Skåne.
Award Ceremony Details
The winners will be revealed during an awards ceremony on February 11th at 1910 Event, Eleda Stadium in Malmö.
Nominees in Each Category
Event Skåne of the Year Nominees:
- Per-Anders Hjort, Torna Hällestad Local Store
- Kristina Levinsson, Harvest Time in Österlen
- Lennart Klingberg, Rollerskiing Race Båstad-Mölle
Experience of the Year Nominees:
- Österlenkryddor
- Kullaberg’s Vineyard
- Restaurant VYN
Volunteer of the Year Nominees:
- Gunni von Blixen Finecke, Svaneholms Castle
- Jesper Ahlbin, Sports Management Student
- Majlinda Balija, International Environmental Conference, Caretakers of the Environment International
