Halland Municipalities Receive Funding for Sustainable Tourism Development In an exciting development for tourism in Halland, all municipalities in the region have been awarded funding for sustainable destination development projects. The Region Halland Growth Committee has distributed 2.75 million SEK out of a total budget of 4.2 million SEK among the municipalities. “We have received many exciting applications, and it’s encouraging that all Halland municipalities are investing in sustainable destination development and sharing the funds,” says Ellinor Huisman, strategist at Visit Halland.
