Restaurang Fyr Tylösand

Right next to one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches, Tylösand, chef Jacob Holmström from the two-Michelin-starred Gastrologik in Stockholm has opened Halmstad’s new meeting place. Restaurang Fyr draws inspiration from the open fire in the kitchen where much of the food is cooked, and from the lighthouse on Tylön a few hundred meters from the restaurant. Open year-round, the menu focuses primarily on fish and shellfish, along with bar menu items, appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
