    Final Weekend for “Icons” Exhibition and Meet-and-Greet with “Skuggan” at Örebro Castle

    Over 8,000 visitors have already experienced the successful “Icons” exhibition at Örebro Castle. The final weekend, March 2-3, will feature a special appearance by the photographer himself, Larsåke “Skuggan” Thuresson.

    On Saturday, March 2, a special evening event will allow attendees to mingle with “Skuggan” and hear firsthand stories behind his iconic photographs of some of the biggest music stars from the 60s and 70s. The event begins at 5 PM and requires a separate ticket, available for purchase on the castle’s website www.orebroslott.se.

    • Dates: Open daily until Sunday, March 3
    • Hours: 11 AM – 4 PM
    • Location: Örebro Castle

    Meet the Photographer

    Larsåke “Skuggan” Thuresson will share fascinating stories about how he captured images of some of the most influential musicians of the 1960s and 70s. His presence adds an extra dimension to the already stunning visual experience.

    “Even though the images are fantastic on their own, they gain an additional dimension when accompanied by the fascinating stories.”

    Special tickets for the Saturday evening event with “Skuggan” are required and can be purchased on the Örebro Castle website.
